Online Registration Form & Your Payment Option

is how your Registration Form will be matched with your Payment. Failure
to submit this on both forms may result in non-registration!!)
4. Submit your Online Registration
Form and promptly complete #5
5. Complete the Payment Option using the 'Buy Now' button
- Once your transaction is complete you will receive an online
receipt at the email address you supply during
your payment process.
